Levanzo
Ideal destination for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday.
Levanzo is the smallest of the Egadi. The island is famous above all for the caves, many of which are of historical and archaeological interest; first of all the famous Genoese cave. However, there is no lack of beaches, secluded beaches of stones and sand along the path that leads to the Faraglione.
In the South-East area there are two beautiful coves: Cala Fredda, made of stones and the wilder Cala Minnola.
For diving enthusiasts, Levanzo offers a very tempting archaeological-underwater itinerary: between Cala Minnola and Punta Altarella there are the remains of a Roman wreck, about fifty amphorae and fragments of ceramic pottery dating back to the first century BC.
